Order cancellation

All order cancellations must be prior to product shippment .It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel before order is shipped. If the customer refuses shipment or cancels order by phone while product is in transit, the customer will be charged return freight fees deducted from purchase refund.


Product Warranty  
 
All products distributed by Digital Vision will be covered by the  manufacturer's limited warranty .Manufacturer's warranties vary from 90 days to one year. Manufacturer's warranty  is listed in each product manual . The product must be in good physical condition and is subject to manufacture's inspection for cause of malfunction. All manufactures proven defective product will be replaced with the same or a comparable model if the product is no longer available. The customer is responsible for shipping and handing charges. All defective product must have original packaging with manual, remotes, cables, power supplies, etc. Defective products returned within the first 10 days will have the option of payment refund or replacement of product. Defective products returned after 10 days will only have direct replacement option if the item is proven to be a manufacture's defect and is within the warranty period.  


Manufacturer's Products Specifications

Information provided by the manufacturer is assumed correct. All product sheets are     obtained directly from the manufacturer. DVS is not held responsible for errors or inaccuracy of product specification sheets. Product specification and availability are subject to change without notice. Digital Vision will not be liable for typographic errors.

Shipping in General

   Digital Vision uses UPS (United Parcel Services) as the exclusive shipping carrier. All shipped orders need an authorized signature at time of delivery. Any next day Air shipping orders placed on Friday will be received on Monday, Unless UPS Saturday delivery is purchased at an addition cost.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Wrong Order

If by chance a customer receives the wrong order you must notify us immediately when you discover this error. You will be given an RMA number along with shipping instructions. Digital Vision will be responsible for the shipping fees, and we will send out the correct order as soon as we receive shipping confirmation. 
               
         Damaged Shipment         

If your package arrives with physical damage to the box, please refuse to accept the package or return to carrier with notation that the package was damaged. You must notify Digital Vision with in 2 days of discovering the damage so that we can replace the damaged order. We recommend you inspect every order as soon as you receive it. This will confirm you have received the correct products as well as any product defects will be discovered sooner than later.
